Migraine Bouts

Nothing paralyzes me like migraine does. Its onset of attack came simultaneously with my menarch at eleven years old. I swear, we all thought I had some kind of brain tumor or something. It never got better. Ponstan, Ibuprofen, Tylenol never helped a bit. It was only Naproxen that always made the pain go away. But it was harsh on my tummy. I tried alternative medications but did not work for me. I just noticed that whenever I take my Spirulina supplement regularly, there are instances that I go by months without having to pop a Naproxen pill down my throat.

A migraine, for me, almost always indicates the coming of my monthly period, if not it means that I did not get enough sleep the previous nights. It’s almost certain. How about you? Was there any effective means that worked for you?

Hi sis, my mom occasionally suffers from migraine attacks too. I wish I could take away her pain.

Btw, I was watching My Wife Is a Gangster 1. Here’s the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5rz5R5uAWs

Hope you enjoy the movie! I won’t buy cd’s anymore. I will just watch them at Youtube. hehe

They say reflexology works. I don’t know if it’s true.
