This is what I have been telling myself, just so I can psyche myself to get my body clock to drop the 4 hours a day sleep habit. Even the hubby is at my back, telling me to quit reaching out for my mobile to check my email every moment I get up in the middle of the night. Force of habit. And that is one thing that’s hard to kick.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-1687"></span>Maybe I should start off by leaving my mobiles alone atop my dresser and not under my pillow.  My dear hubby and I have taken care of our <a href="http://www.sleephappens.com/">mattress</a> problem some years back and actually got ourselves a memory foam backed with a 10 year warranty, which we love, love, love! But then, I got busy doing online stuff and took sleep for granted.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Moving on, I guess even my poor eyes have gotten used to my lack of sleep. But the thing with lack of sleep, <strong>it makes a person susceptible to sickness, aside from the fact that it causes premature aging!</strong> Ack! I am definitely doomed. I cannot take for granted that my kefir supplement has done my body wonders. I do have to watch it and get more sleep than I am used to now. So now I’m off to dreamland… Au Revoir!<!--INFOLINKS_OFF--></p>

But the thing of the matter is, a great majority has some kind of sleep disorder crisis.  It was discovered that some sleeping disorders stem from bad sleeping position that we have gotten used to over the years.  <strong>For those who would rather live with sleeping disorders, allow me to enumerate a few of the downside of lack of sleep:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">When you do not get enough sleep, the tendency for you to develop <strong>eye bags</strong> multiply by the day.  The collection of fat around the eyes get worse by the year.  Wrinkles will venture in as well.  Apparently, frowning is not the only reason why you will get <strong>wrinkles earlier than you should</strong>.  Lack of sleep will speed that up for you, as well.<span id="more-533"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sure, there was not a generation as busy as where we are now.  But sleep should never be your last priority.  I am saying this with so much guilt in my gut.  <strong>Do everything you can to bounce back to a proper sleeping pattern.</strong> If you think can get hold of that good <a href="http://www.coreproducts.com/product_category/orthopedic_pillows.asp" target="_blank">orthopedic pillow</a> or a <a href="http://www.coreproducts.com/aches_pain/neck_pain.asp" target="_blank">neck pain pillow</a>, then do not delay anymore.  If you think you have more than just a physiological factor, then go set an appointment with a specialist the soonest.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For the longest time, I have been in need of a <a href="http://www.coreproducts.com/aches_pain/back_pain.asp" target="_blank">back pain treatment</a> that I have been delaying for years.  When I finally got the chance to do it, it gave me a major relief and I have slept better since.
