What do you crave for the most?

One thing I often crave for is chocolate. For me, there’s something about chocolate that just relaxes me and makes me feel better no matter how stressed I am. For others, it can be ice cream, or cake, or even worse, junk food. According to literature, one reason we crave for particular types of food is because our bodies are sending signals that these are the nutrients or chemicals our body needs for a one reason or another. However, what happens is that we end up picking the wrong types of food to give us those nutrients. Thus leading to weight gain and other not-so-nice side effects (such as pimples…eeew.)

I would bet that almost everybody at one point or another has asked about what are the best diets that work. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but whenever you gain too much weight, or perhaps do not monitor the kinds of food you eat, it affects your entire being: physically, mentally and even emotionally. From a physical standpoint, our skin gets sallow and uneven, and we tend to retain too much water. Zits, blemishes and the like tend to happen too. We also become more sluggish, lazy and moody. That’s why it is important to remember that our diet is truly the best beauty secret..One thing that we all should remember about dieting is should not be rushed ever, so here’s to us Kikay ladies!!! :-)

The 3 Day Diet

The only kind of diet that I have done and has worked for me back in college is The 3 Day Diet. I will soon have this to the test. I was then tipping my heaviest at 107lbs and lost 7 pounds on the fourth day. Its being effective is pointed to the chemical breakdown of all the foods combined.

The photo on the left is a thumbnail of my very first entry for my Project 365 this 2010. Yes, I also have my very own photo blog - LearningPhotography.info. I happen to think that niche blogging rocks. As I kind of obsess over my weight issues, I get encouraged much as I browsed through my photo entries, especially this one.

Why do staying in shape means a great deal, especially to us girls? Methinks it is more than just about vanity. The more we care for ourselves, the healthier we are. There maybe exceptions though, like those who crossed the lines and have gone anorexic or bulimic or every other eating disorder recorded and unrecorded in the world’s medical history.

While I have confessed that I am seriously contemplating getting into a diet with the help of some supplements. For the record, I have not picked one yet, so far. I am still waiting for a friend’s feedback about a particular “popular” brand.

Weeks into 2010 and I still do not feel very settled in. I have finally found the culprit and it is the fact that I cannot fit my usual clothes anymore. The holidays have surely got me bloated like never before, not to mention the lack of exercise and all the sitting down that I have done as the online jobs surged in with the brand new year.

Weight issues are not merely concerns of some girls and metro men. With all the facts that face the world about healthy living and all that plus all the scientific evidences that were brought up, it is all but natural for people from all ages to really look into different kinds of diets.

Truth be told, it really boils down to the kind of diet we have. It is not surprising anymore why obesity points back to all those transfat loaded in our fast food diet and diabetes is also rooted to careless diet as well. It is encouraging that a lot of people are switching to healthy eating. Kicking out old habits that will eventually lead to a lifelong disease is our best bet to a better quality of life.

With all these said, I recently chanced upon http://www.chitogenics.net that presented all natural diet formula for those who have weight problems. It is always best to investigate first before trying out a certain diet. If you have tried every other kind, you might want to check the site out.

It is just interesting that none of the formulas that they promote claims to be a magic potion that will give you the desired weight you want. But all of their products are revolutionary no less. For example the ChitoGenics Hoodia, it absorbs the fat from what you eat, it effectively suppresses your appetite and boost metabolism that allows you to burn calories. Very scientific, no magic claims that will give you false hope. I am very interested in the Chitogenics Detox & Cleanse. It will practically clean your system from all the toxins and parasites that have accumulated in your system. This formula will not just cause you to lose those unwanted weight but will actually boost your immune system.

It is not surprising that their products were endorsed in Oprah. Head over the site and learn more about their diet formulas.

Up until this time, scientists far and wide are still learning about the perfect diet. By far, balance and moderation have been the two dominating factors. More often than not when we are presented about diets that people vouch for, we cannot help but be skeptical.

There are a whole lot of things to consider when one goes on a diet. In fact, it is always recommended that one sees his or her doctor before starting on a particular diet.

My succeeding articles will compose of different diets and will answer questions from the simplest to the more complex ones. Beauty starts from within and the food we feed our physical bodies will later tell through our skin, how fast or how slow we age, even the weight issues we might have.
