Update on Total Effects Eye Cream

  • Posted on October 3, 2008 at 3:10 am
I posted this article last September 10.  Almost a month since and there is no noticeable improvement around my eye area.  I religiously applied this cream around my eye area as instructed day and night.

So for those who are looking into trying this one out, you really should go look for another.  Unless you have a spare $16 to spend this on.

Total Effects Anti-Ageing Eye Cream

Last month I did a review on Total Care by Olay Total Effects. I still believe every word of that review. I really hope the company has stuck with its original formulation. A user will know if she is given a lower grade quality judging from the result.

With that said, I am still giving Olay a chance somehow to redeem itself, I am trying out their Anti-Ageing Eye Cream. It’s teeny weeny 15g container is as pricey as its Anti-Ageing Moisturizer counterpart. Not cheap, but if it works all right, then that would be immaterial.

With the number of hours I spend in front of my computer on a daily basis, I have seen it take its toll primarily around my eye area. My eyes started to look puffy and lines as fine as they may be have appeared out of nowhere. Instead of freaking out, I might as well do something about it and have got this bottle by chance. The sissy bought it by mistake instead of the moisturizer. I thought it best that I pay for it instead and try it out for myself.

I will do a review in a month or two. Watch out for it. :D

Total Effects Eye Cream

So I have been reading about this Total Effects Anti-Ageing Cream and here are some things I have found out:

Apparently, the skin around the eyes is said to be thinner and more delicate than the rest of the skin on the face. With no collagen and little support structure, the skin around the eyes is more susceptible to wrinkles, fine lines, dark circles and puffiness.

The new Total Effects anti-ageing eye cream, claims to help fight the 7 signs of ageing around the eye. Here are the 7 things this little 15g container claim to do:

  1. Improves the dullness for a radiant glow.
  2. Lessens the appearance of dark circles.
  3. Visibly reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
  4. Helps minimize the appearance of puffiness.
  5. Evens out skin tone.
  6. Intensively hydrates the skin.
  7. Noticeably softens uneven texture.

Sweet. If each and every item would just work on me that would be something else. I will let you know in a month’s time or so. I always do honest reviews of everything I try, so expect one from this page.
