While we are at it, allow me to ask you: How many hours to you get each night on average? To be honest. Personally, this blogging time has occupied my time a great deal that I often deprive myself of sleep in favor of going online.
Contemplative of my own sleeping issues, thus the barrage of posts on sleep. I am not an insomniac. I get sleep when I want to, but it is the discipline that I have got to gain to stop the inevitable of getting all my sleep deprivation takes its toll on my poor skin and eventually get these fine lines leather looking earlier than its due.
