Contemplative of my own sleeping issues, thus the barrage of posts on sleep. I am not an insomniac. I get sleep when I want to, but it is the discipline that I have got to gain to stop the inevitable of getting all my sleep deprivation takes its toll on my poor skin and eventually get these fine lines leather looking earlier than its due.
How about you, have you devised a system wherein you could actually stop yourself from blogging and hit the sack in a particular time of the night? Care to share?
Jen,
I’m sorry to inform you but I can’t find the email you sent me about your blogs’ links (your own and Jeff’s). When I purchased a new laptop and formatted the old units and setup a SOHO, nakaligtaan kong ibackup old files ko including my emails in MS Outlook.
I’m really sorry. I did not mean to ignore you. Ngayon lang medyo presko ulit ang utak ko sa blogging after finishind two of my 6 web design projects. Please send your links again to jessie@jpsimbulan.com or better yet to my gmail – jps61974@gmail.com.
Muchos Gracias!
Elaine here: No, I haven’t devised a system yet, and need to, because I feel exhausted a lot of times. :-/
You’re right, Jennie. It’s hard to turn off the laptop in favor of a good night’s sleep especially if I know my kid is already sleeping and I can do my business without being disturbed or being guilty. On some days I sleep at 3am and wake up at 7am but that meant being groggy all throughout the day so lately I try to sleep no later than 1am so I can get at least 6 hours of sleep.
