Make sure you exercise your mind and body. If you want to be able to sleep like that of a younger person, you have to adopt a “young” lifestyle. Regular exercise is a must. Brisk walking for 20 minutes will do.

An active mind will also help. Keep busy over something, a job, a project, old housework, or volunteer in a club.
