After taking the test over at Total Beauty. I got this result:
Very impressive! You deserve points for discipline, and you love that “deep clean” feeling. Just make sure you’re not overdoing it. Too much cleaning could result in dry, irritated skin (and even excess oil production), which can destroy all of your efforts. Cleanse no more than twice a day on average with a basic cleanser and exfoliate only once every week or two (as opposed to every day) with an antioxidant scrub. That combined with regular facials and your great hydration habits should keep your skin balanced and glowing.
On the average, I wash my face twice a day. But during extra hot and humid days, it becomes thrice or four times. It really depends. The key really is to observe how your skin responds to your regimen. It is also wise to go to check with a dermatologist (who is personally recommended by someone you know) if you have skin issues. A regimen that is recommended by a specialist is best if you have problem skin. Otherwise, the usual cleansing, toning and once a week exfoliation should be enough.
