Change wardrobes or diet?

Weeks into 2010 and I still do not feel very settled in. I have finally found the culprit and it is the fact that I cannot fit my usual clothes anymore. The holidays have surely got me bloated like never before, not to mention the lack of exercise and all the sitting down that I have done as the online jobs surged in with the brand new year.

Change of wardrobe or diet aids, now that is the question. The latter might prove to be the more practical choice. A rigid workout schedule will not fit in my packed schedule anymore and I do not want to be starting something (again) that I won’t be able to follow through. Especially now that I have a couple of new jobs that I signed in for. Any recommendations on the best and as much as possible, organic diet aid?
