While I have confessed that I am seriously contemplating getting into a diet with the help of some supplements. For the record, I have not picked one yet, so far. I am still waiting for a friend’s feedback about a particular “popular” brand.
I have always had these apprehensions about diet supplements. Reading about the side effects of diet pills just about emphasized that. Now, I know I’m not that heavy at 103 pounds. But I’m honestly at my best at 98. And when I look at myself in the mirror, I figured all I really need is toning and my dilemma is I have no time to workout. Definitely no time.
