How about running?

After months of trying to decide what’s best for me, whether Wii Fit, The 4 Minute F.I.T. (Fast Interval Training) or the Figure Trimmer Disc, I still have not chosen which one to use for my regular workout. It has been more than a year since I last did workouts on a regular basis. This really is getting pretty frustrating for me, to say the least.

Sure, I may not belong to the heavy side just yet. In fact, 103 lbs should not be all that bad for a woman my age. It really has a lot more to do with trying to put a halt to that preggy look and from getting all those ripples around my thigh to multiply! Now, makes me wonder how much would a local version of that famous Chicago tummy tuck cost. On second thought, I am a much of a coward to even consider to do something as invasive. 😛

Running. This is something I hope to do with the hubby one of these days. I have such a sporty partner in life and I guess it’s about time for me to get influenced by him in this area. 🙂
