If you have “bacne” or back acne, then you most probably have the same issues as those who have facial ones – only worse. While there is something that you can do with facial pimples, you cannot treat your “bacne” as easily.
Some individuals are prone to “bacne.” Bacne comes about when the pores of the human skin is clogged with sebum that makes the dead skin stuck right in there. This eventually translates into unsightly acne. There are a few reputable treatment for back acne available in the market. But before you head on to that, there are things that you should take note of your regimen.
For those who suffer from “bacne,” it is imperative that they use anti-bacterial soap to make sure the acne does not become worse. Wash at least twice a day, especially if you happen to be in a tropical country with humid climate like Manila. Exfoliate your skin on a daily basis. But if you have acne that is of the cystic type, you should see your dermatologist as soon as you can to make sure scarring will be prevented or at least be brought to a minimum.
