I would bet that almost everybody at one point or another has asked about what are the best diets that work. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but whenever you gain too much weight, or perhaps do not monitor the kinds of food you eat, it affects your entire being: physically, mentally and even emotionally. From a physical standpoint, our skin gets sallow and uneven, and we tend to retain too much water. Zits, blemishes and the like tend to happen too. We also become more sluggish, lazy and moody. That’s why it is important to remember that our diet is truly the best beauty secret..One thing that we all should remember about dieting is should not be rushed ever, so here’s to us Kikay ladies!!! 🙂
