Jukari, Boxing, Pilates, Zumba or Yoga?

Just because I’m now keeping to my ideal weight (thanks to being all wired up), does not mean that I can now slack off on exercise. I should all the more pursue it. Not just to keeping sagging at bay, but to also keep my stamina and immune system up.  This sedentary lifestyle has this ability to trick you into thinking you’re okay as is.

A pretty neat deal I got hold of via Metro Deal is their Gold’s Gym Coupon. 10 sessions for any class of my choosing. List of choices:

  • Belly Dance
  • Boxing
  • Jukari
  • Kettlebell
  • Les Mills: Body Combat
  • Mat Pilates
  • Spinning
  • Street Dance
  • Striptease
  • Supreme Pilates
  • TRX (A form of suspension training for functional fitness using your body weight with the unique TRX equipment)
  • Yoga
  • Zumba

I have always wanted to try Pilates. I attempted once or twice in 2002. But never graduated from just following an instructional video. Or I can always pull out one of my yoga mats and attend a real class this time. I’ve been Wii Fit Yoga practitioner for a while, y’know. The TRX sounds interesting but a little too intense for me, I think. Or should I do Eeny, meeny, miny, moe? Or better yet, just hand over the coupon to the hubby and save myself the burden of having to choose! Haha! Just another excuse in the works. 😛
