Palladio Herbal Lipstick in Roseberry

It was when I was about to run out of my all time favorite organic lipstick two months ago that I discovered Palladio Herbal Lipstick. Although I have a handful of lipstick in my makeup kit, my default lipstick will always be that of herbal or organic ones. It came with my mother’s instinct. As much as I have always loved pretty stuff, I just got to make sure that I don’t transfer lead or any harmful ingredients when I kiss my kid. That said, I’ve switched to all natural lipsticks when my son was born. That’s more than 7 years ago. My first Palladio product was the Natural Rice Powder which I first blogged about in 2009, which I was not very satisfied with. I also blogged mentioned Palladio concealer in 2011. Palladio Herbal Lipstick is my hands down favorite.

Palladio Herbal LipstickAs for the number of herbal and organic lipsticks I’ve tried, there’s only but a few. Since there are only a limited brands of this kind.  This most recent discovery, I am very pleased with. I tried Human Nature’s mineral lipstick but I am just not happy with it. It moisturizes all right. But it does not have the pigmentation and the lasting effect I require of my default lipstick.

The good news is Palladio Herbal Lipstick is also very affordable. Compared with the only all natural lipstick I have been using this past 7 years, this is half its price. Palladio Herbal Lipstick only retails for P350 (approx $8.75). I love how Palladio herbal lipstick glides on the lips. It does not dry my lips like most natural lipsticks I’ve tried. Wait, come to think of it, practically most lipsticks I’ve tried dry my lips out. This herbal lipstick’s texture is kinda matte than otherwise, I top it with the Carmex lip balm I got from my November Saladbox.

This herbal lipstick sure satisfies my moisture and pigment requirement of my default lipstick.  Now I can go swing by Beauty Bar when I get the chance and buy another stick or two. I thought of buying a couple of shades when I bought this lipstick in Roseberry. But since I was not too sure how it will deliver, I held my horses and decided against it. But now after two months of using this and only this on my lips, I know this beauty product can easily level up to my HG standard. Palladio Herbal Lipsticks are available in Beauty Bar for only P350.

That’s a nice color for fair-complexioned ladies. I normally stick to the deep berry or wine colored ones because reddish hues turn orange on my lips bec of chemical reactions. The price is okay too considering it’s herbal as well.

  10. First time I’ve heard of this brand. It’s reasonably priced and I like the herbal aspect, will check shades at Beauty Bar.

I love the shade of your lipstick! Not to mention that it’s organic, too.. I love organic stuff now, and I’m getting more into using it than any other products.. Gaya nga ng sabi nyo po, safe para sa mga bata, in case mag-kiss ka kase walang harmful chemicals ang halo..
